The Coverage
Primex Garden Center guarantees most trees and shrubs purchased by our retail customers from the date of purchase, provided they were planted and cared for according to our Planting Guide for six months. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, along with making your shopping and gardening experience delightful. Our plants are top quality and we strive to buy locally grown whenever possible. Please note, a sales receipt is required for replacement credit. If you are a Primex Rewards Member, we can look up your purchase history without a receipt.
In addition to the Nursery Guarantee above, if a customer meets the following criteria, the six-month guarantee becomes a lifetime guarantee. You must be a Primex Rewards Member, trees and/or shrubs need to be planted in the ground (not in a container), and Bumper Crop must accompany purchase. Bumper Crop is an organic soil builder that increases a plant’s ability to absorb nutrients and water from the surrounding soil. Please note, a sales receipt is required for replacement credit.
