This is one of the easiest flowering houseplants to grow, often producing white or soft pink flowers continuously, except for a brief break in winter. Oxalis is happy to grow in filtered sun indoors year-round, or can be moved outdoors to a shady spot in the summer.
Good light intensifies the leaf colors with strains of burgundy or variegated leaves.

Light, frequent waterings are needed to keep the plant constantly moist. Oxalis is sensitive to salt buildup so flushing the pots thoroughly with plenty of clean water, room temperature every 2 months is helpful.
Feed plants every 2 weeks with a balanced or high-phosphorous plant food.
