Their draping vines resemble thick ropes that produce clusters of star-shaped waxy flowers. Their fleshy, curled leaves can be either solid green or variegated. Their flowers are perfect, that they appear to look like porcelain.

LIGHT

Hindu Rope plants need to receive a good amount of bright light each day in order to produce the energy needed to flower. Morning light is referable as it’s bright, but not as strong and won’t scorch the leaves. Dappled shade or indirect light in the afternoon is best, or even a few hours of shade will be fine if the plant has received a full morning of sunlight. A Hindu Rope may never bloom if the light is inadequate.
