Penn State Extension: Second Saturday: Insects and Climate Change – $10
Have you experienced the changing climate? Insects certainly have! Join the Delaware County Master Gardeners for the Insects and Climate Change workshop to learn how local threats like the Spotted Lanternfly, Hemlock Wooly Adelgid, Emerald Ash Borer, and beneficial species of pollinators and predators will react as the climate changes.
While overall populations are dramatically declining, some less-desirable species are adapting and moving into new areas. There is much we can do to become more resilient against these invasive insects now and in the future. Join us to learn how.
This is the third installment of the Delaware County Master Gardener’s Second Saturday series.
