Mission for Breaking Ground Program: “Breaking Ground”, an agricultural and horticultural program, will develop green job skills in youth and adults, leveraging existing land, building, and human resources, while also promoting individual and community health by providing healthy foods for at-risk urban populations and their surrounding neighborhoods. Primex is a supporting partner in developing and implementing a Breaking Ground program in the Allegheny West neighborhood in North Philadelphia as part of the Allegheny West Greening Initiative.
